Shipping, Returns, FAQ


Orders for items that are one of a kind and ready to ship are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped USPS. If you need your item rushed, please contact me and we can discuss expedited shipping. 

Orders for items that are made to order can be expected to ship within 2-3 weeks, thank you for your patience. 


International orders are shipped USPS with a provided tracking number. Maiden Voyage is not responsible for any customs fees that are incurred by claiming the total cost of the parcel. Maiden Voyage is not responsible for any items LOST OR STOLEN by either country's postal service, this is a risk that must be assessed when purchasing over seas, with the tracking number to provide only a small amount of control over a package. The shipping cost only covers postage, not insurance.


If the buyer would like to INSURE the package- in the event that the parcel is lost, Maiden Voyage will provide a replacement piece of jewelry. If you would like insurance, there will be a fee that varies according to the cost of the item. Upon placing your order, please contact me to request your item to be insured, and provide your PayPal email address. You will receive an invoice for the cost of insurance, this invoice must be paid before the item is shipped.
