Friends, clients, and customers,
I just wanted to take a moment to address the current Quarantine situation and how it is affecting Maiden Voyage, and what you can expect in the coming weeks if you have an order already underway or intend on making a purchase.
I am fortunate enough to still be able to work from my studio. Because my workspace is away from my home, albeit a private space, I am still limiting the amount of days that I venture there in order to limit the time I am exposed to others out in the world. Some of my suppliers and contractors have closed, which means that certain pieces will no doubt take longer for me to produce as I must find other outlets to use, if any at all. I am doing my very best to remain on schedule, but as is the nature of this reality we are experiencing, much is out of my immediate control. I ask that you allow me your utmost patience during this time to create your pieces. If you have a deadline that is concrete, i.e. a birthday, anniversary, engagement etc, you will be prioritized!
I am so impressed by the compassion I have felt from others, by that I have shown myself, and by that I witness being exchanged across the community. I wish everyone a healthy and happy Quarantine. Stay strong everyone.
