Our first priority is ensuring your satisfaction with our work. If you receive a piece that you are not completely happy with, we will exchange your order for a store credit within 5 days of delivery. This store credit can be applied to items in our webstore and will be valid for 180 days after issue. Requests for exchange must be for unworn items only. Engraved bands that cannot be resized are not eligible for exchange based on improper fit. Custom orders, discounted items, and items purchased with a gift card are final sale. As a small, independent business we appreciate your understanding.
