Our first priority is ensuring your satisfaction with our work. If you receive a piece that you are not completely happy with, we will accept a return or exchange for store credit within 5 days of delivery. You must contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your concern within 5 days, and the item must be mailed within 7 days from the day of delivery. No exceptions. Return Shipping and Handling will be deducted from Return or Credit value. The store credit can be applied to items in our web-store and will be valid for 180 days after issue. Requests for exchange must be for unworn items only. Engraved bands or eternity bands that cannot be resized are not eligible for exchange based on improper fit (see our SIZING page). Custom orders, customized orders, resized rings, discounted items, and items purchased with a gift card are final sale.
International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
