PROCESSING TIMES

For pieces that are ready to ship, please allow a 2-4 day processing window.

Unless an item is stated as "ready to ship" or "one of a kind" the lead time on orders will range from 4-8 weeks, as these items are made to order.

DELIVERY

For orders under $2000, deliveries will not require a signature unless the buyer selects this option at checkout. When you DO NOT select the option to require a signature you assume liability for the package‘s delivery. 

For orders over $2000 we automatically require a signature, so even if you do not choose this option, a signature will be required. Please have your items delivered to an address that will have a receiver there to sign for it. 

We are not liable for shipments that are marked as Delivered through the carrier. 

INSURANCE

Shipments are insured until the point of delivery. Once the item is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we are not liable for it. 

In the event of a lost package we will do our best to replace the item as it was ordered. Please allow time for the replacement to be made and for the insurance claim to clear. One of a kind items will be replaced as the most similar item or a refund will be given after the insurance claim is cleared and reimbursement is made.

Please keep in mind that “lost” or “missing” package claims may take many weeks to clear before a replacement can be provided.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

All International shipments outside of the United States are sent via UPS Worldwide Express or DHL. This service generally takes 1-5 business days and includes comprehensive tracking.

Before ordering, it is wise to research your country’s import duty and tax fees, as Maiden Voyage is not liable for these taxes and they are not included in the price. Duties will vary by country, and are billed to the receiver upon entrance into the country of delivery.

International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
